Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@truecurvejeans.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Important to note:

• Refunds are issued as store credit.

• Exchanges are available and may incur a small fee for shipping, which varies by location.
